Water and sewer usage are billed on a bi-monthly basis, due in February, April, June, August October, and December.
Please note that it is important to notify the Water Billing Clerk of any address changes. When a new tenant moves into a property, the water/sewer bill will remain in the name of the landlord and service will restart at that time. Please understand that the property owner is still our primary water/sewer customer and is ultimately responsible for the payment of the water/sewer bill. Also, if you are selling or buying property in the Village, we will prepare a final bill as a courtesy prior to closing. This office must have at least 48 hours prior notice for any final reading date. If a final meter reading and billing is not done, the new property owner becomes liable for any prior unpaid water/sewer/storm water utility bill(s).
