The Village of Canal
Winchester is required to submit a storm
water management plan in accordance with 40
CFR 123.25(41) and Ohio law (OAC
3745-39). This document outlines the
Village's program to develop, implement and
enforce a storm water management program
designed to reduce the discharge of
pollutants to the maximum extent practicable,
to protect water quality, and to satisfy the appropriate
requirements of the Clean Water Act (CWA) in accordance
with the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (OEPA)
National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES)
Phase II program.
