Description of Services
The City of Canal Winchester Mayor's Court provides the community with local judicial forum to rule on misdemeanor cases that are alleged to be in violation of the City of Canal Winchester Codified Ordinances. The Canal Winchester Mayor's Court hears misdemeanor offenses with the exception of driving under the influence and 2nd offense driving under DUI suspension or FRA (Financial Responsibility) suspensions. In addition, domestic violence cases are excluded from Mayor's court jurisdiction.

These offenses will require a mandatory Court Appearance
